List and Information on KSI, KOTM, and GVK monsters in order
1) What are Titans in the Monsterverse?
Titans known as Strange beasts or monsters are ancient gigantic creatures studied by a scientific organization known as Monarch. Titans like the oldest Methuselah to the mightiest alpha titan Godzilla are considered Titans. During the Monsterverse movies, titans were held and kept in outposts by Monarch. Some undiscovered monsters (Titans) weren't held in outposts but were living in their own natural habitats, free and not captive.
2) What are Monarch Outposts in the Monsterverse?
There an established military and research camps where Titans were held captive to do research about them, usually establishing them in a remote or faraway area. Monarch outposts are an organization subsequently expanded, with at least 67 of them around the globe.
ENTER KONG SKULL ISLAND
1)Spore Mantis
The Spore Mantis, also known as Phasmid Styles, is a large insect found on Skull Island. It is a type of giant parasitic insect that is closely related to the Phasmatodea order. Its body is covered in bark-like skin and its limbs have a unique muscle system that allows it to move quickly on the ground.
The Spore Mantis has a large parasite living inside its trunk, which has sharp teeth and strong jaws. While the General Sherman tree is the tallest, it cannot move and hunt like the Spore Mantis.
2) Sker Buffalo
The Sker Buffalo, also known as Skerry bubalis, Skull Buffalo, or Skele-Buffalo, is a species of giant water buffalo that can reach heights of 38-45 feet. They closely resemble regular water buffaloes but have some distinct characteristics.
Sker Buffaloes are similar to water buffaloes but have notable distinctions. They have unusually large horns that split into three branches. These buffaloes also have algae on their bodies, likely from being submerged in water. Their backs are coral-shaped, enabling them to blend in with their environment.
3) Mire Squid
The Mire Squid, also known as the Red Devil, is believed to be related to the Humboldt squid. Its classification, Gigantus Leviapus, is derived from the words gigantic, leviathan, and octopus. According to Monarch's research, it is classified as a megalopod and a hybrid of the Giant Squid.
Initially, it was thought to be a cousin of the Great Pacific Octopus with genetic mutations, but the report suggests it may be a result of geothermal gigantism seen in Skull Island's creatures. A more in-depth study is needed to understand the environmental factors causing this gigantism.
4) Mother Longlegs
The Mother Longlegs gets its name from the nickname "Daddy Longlegs" given to various insects and arachnids. It is called "Mother" because it is an all-female species. These creatures are enormous and resemble spiders, standing at around 20 feet tall. Their legs are very long and look like bamboo stalks, helping them blend in with the forests.
Their upper bodies are held high above the trees. The faces of Mother Longlegs resemble skulls, being a light beige color with large red eyes. Besides their eight legs, they also have two additional limbs near their heads that have pincer-like claws.

5) SkullCrawler
Skullcrawlers, also called Cranium Reptant, are amphibious creatures with large bodies, skull-like heads, and crawling movements. They have two long forelimbs, no hindlimbs, and long, snake-like tails.
The creatures possess slender and muscular bodies, displaying skeletal characteristics in both their torsos and heads. Interestingly, their eye sockets are not typical at all; instead, they appear as hollow openings, possibly an evolutionary adaptation aimed at safeguarding their actual eyes, positioned deeper within their heads. These beings possess striking green eyes, sporting horizontal pupils reminiscent of frogs and toads. Their skin exhibits a diverse range of shades, ranging from deep brown to dark green and even bone-white, revealing the intricate details of their ribcages through their translucent nature.
6) Kong
King Kong is a massive ape who is the biggest version of the character so far. He comes from a group of giant ape Titans who used to rule over Skull Island. Kong's parents were killed by Skullcrawlers, and he witnessed their deaths. Since then, Kong has dedicated his life to protecting the island and avenging his parents. Humans first encountered Kong when two fighter pilots crashed on the island in 1944.
Years later, a scientific expedition to the island unintentionally attracted more Skullcrawlers, and Kong attacked the group. Some of the survivors learned that Kong is actually a protector of the island. However, a man named Colonel Packard developed a hatred for Kong and set a trap for him. This weakened Kong and allowed a dangerous creature called the Skull Devil to appear. Kong killed Packard and fought the Skull Devil to save the survivors. In the end, Kong defeated the Skull Devil and the survivors were rescued, but their experiences were kept a secret.
MAKE ROOM FOR THE KING OF THE MONSTERS
7) Scylla
Scylla is a creature named after a sea monster in Greek mythology. It is also the name of a genus of swimming crabs that have legs resembling those of the Titan. In the context of the movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Scylla is classified as Titanus Scylla by the organization Monarch.
Scylla is a massive creature with a body similar to a squid and six very long spider-like legs that it uses to walk. It has a distinct ridge and raised spine on its torso, with a curved extension above its head resembling the shell of a Chambered nautilus. Scylla has a rounded head with two eyes and tentacles hanging down from its mouth area, similar to Cthulhu. However, there is a mistake in the official movie novelization which mentions Scylla having eight legs instead of six.
8) Behemoth
Originally, Behemoth was imagined as a huge mammoth with tusks on his lower jaw and wooden-like protrusions on his legs. However, this design was later changed to resemble a giant sloth, while still keeping the mammoth-like tusks. A behemoth is a mammal that looks like a combination of a sloth and a mammoth. He moves by knuckle-walking like an ape, using his long and strong front limbs that are bigger than his hind legs.
He has downward-pointing tusks on his cheeks, covered in light brown fur with greenish vines or algae growing on his gray tusks. Behemoth has a series of bumpy triangular spikes on his back that are described by Monarch as being made of strong granite with metal and ore. He also has sloth-like claws and feet similar to an elephant.
9) Methuselah
Methuselah, named after a biblical character known for his long life, was discovered by Monarch in Germany. Outpost 67 was built around him, with the creature appearing as a dormant mountain covered by a forest.
10) Muto (Barb)
The MUTO, which stands for Massive Unidentified Terrestrial Organism, is a creature with an iridescent, metallic grayish-black exoskeleton. They have elongated heads with two red visor-like eyes and jaws filled with dagger-like teeth. They have long hind limbs with flat feet ending in two hoof-like toes.
The female MUTO is larger than the male and has two pairs of clawed forelimbs, walks on six legs, and has a pouch on her abdomen containing glowing eggs. The male MUTO is smaller with a more nimble build, walks on four legs, and has wings formed from his frontmost forelimb pair. Both males and females have curved claws that resemble a sickle.
11) Rodan
Rodan, also known as Radon in Japanese, is named after the dinosaur Pteranodon. Its name may also be a reference to radiation. In the Monsterverse, Rodan is depicted as a gigantic creature resembling a pterosaur. It has a large beak, two horns on its head, and enormous wings that have molten rock on the edges. Rodan can walk using its wings as front limbs, similar to a pterosaur.
Its chest is covered in rows of spikes, and its tail is wide and fan-shaped. The body is a reddish-burgundy color, while the beak is black and serrated. Unlike previous versions, this iteration of Rodan does not have teeth. Additionally, its feet resemble the talons of an eagle or hawk, with a small claw and a spike on the ankle. The way Rodan stands on its legs is reminiscent of modern birds.
12) Mothra
The name "Mothra" comes from combining the word "moth" with the suffix "-ra," which is common in names of giant monsters. In Japanese, it is pronounced as "Mosura" because the language lacks certain sounds. Mothra is classified as a Titan by the organization Monarch and is part of a lineage of benevolent butterfly-like creatures that protected the natural world in the past. Ancient civilizations worshipped Mothra as a goddess. Mothra had a special connection with Godzilla and helped him fight against the alien monster King Ghidorah.
In 2009, Monarch discovered Mothra's egg in a temple in China's Yunnan Rainforest. She hatched in 2019 and escaped from Monarch after an attack by eco-terrorists. Mothra cocooned herself under a waterfall and emerged as an adult to help Monarch find Godzilla and stop Ghidorah. Mothra led Monarch to Godzilla's underwater lair, where Dr. Ishiro Serizawa sacrificed himself to revive Godzilla using a nuclear warhead. Mothra joined Godzilla in Boston to fight Ghidorah but was attacked by the winged monster Rodan. Despite being injured, Mothra managed to defeat Rodan before sacrificing herself to protect Godzilla from Ghidorah. Mothra's energy merged with Godzilla, giving him new powers. With Mothra's help, Godzilla defeated Ghidorah and became the King of the Monsters.
13) King Ghidorah (Monster Zero)
King Ghidorah, also known as Monster Zero, is a three-headed alien dragon who invaded Earth in the past. He was sealed away by Godzilla and Mothra but was unleashed in the present day by an eco-terrorist and a defector from the organization Monarch. Ghidorah awakened other Titans and started destroying the global ecosystem. Godzilla and Mothra teamed up with Monarch to confront Ghidorah in Boston. Ghidorah summoned Rodan to help him, but Mothra sacrificed herself to save Godzilla.
With Mothra's energy, Godzilla defeated Ghidorah and became the new King of the Monsters. However, Ghidorah's severed head was used by a company to control a mechanical version of Godzilla called Mechagodzilla. Ghidorah's consciousness merged with Mechagodzilla, causing it to go on a rampage. Godzilla and Kong eventually destroyed Mechagodzilla, putting an end to Ghidorah's resurgence.14) Godzilla Legendary (Gojira)
Godzilla is a giant monster known as a Titan who appears in the Monsterverse trilogy of movies. He is the second version of Godzilla to be featured in an American-made film. Godzilla is a powerful predator from Earth's past who lives deep underwater and feeds on geothermal radiation. Throughout history, he occasionally emerges from the ocean and has inspired human mythology. In the 20th century, nuclear testing attracted Godzilla's attention and he battles another monster called Shinomura.
Godzilla survived the nuclear strikes and resurfaced in 2014 to fight parasitic creatures called MUTOs. After defeating them, he disappears for five years until an eco-terrorist awakens his enemy, King Ghidorah. Godzilla battles Ghidorah and eventually defeats him with the help of Mothra. The other Titans recognize Godzilla as their leader. Godzilla continues to maintain balance among the Titans, fighting other threats and returning the Titans to their resting places.
ALPHA AND KING WHO SHALL FALL
15) Warbat
Warbats are snake-like creatures with wings. They are large and have a grayish-green color. They have two red wings on the top half of their bodies, which are supported by long spines. They resemble cobras due to their slender bodies and wings.
Their lower torso has scales and their heads are also snake-like with large fangs and needle-like teeth. Their eyes are green with cat-like pupils, and they have bony ridges above their eyes. Warbat blood is light green.
16) Rock Critters
The Rock Critters are considered destructive creatures by Monarch, along with other powerful monsters like King Ghidorah and the Warbats.
These crab-like creatures have a shell that looks like a boulder when partially buried. They have both internal and external skeletons, clawed hands, and a beak-like mouth made of bone.
17) Doug
The creature's tail has two rows of spikes that resemble the thagomizer of a Stegosaurus. It has thick skin like a crocodile, which protects it from other dangers in the Hollow Earth.
18) MechaGodzilla
Mechagodzilla, a gigantic robotic monster, was created by Apex Cybernetics to defeat Godzilla. However, a mistake occurred during its construction when they utilized Ghidorah's skull, allowing Ghidorah's consciousness to take control.
As a result, Mechagodzilla wreaked havoc in Hong Kong. Eventually, Godzilla and Kong teamed up to stop Mechagodzilla, using Kong's axe to dismantle it. Mechagodzilla bears a resemblance to Godzilla in terms of appearance, with metal plates on its back, robust forelimbs with claws, and a tail equipped with a drill.
